Job Description
Seeking an admitted attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience for a three-month Contract Counsel role supporting our in-house Legal team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced practitioner to step into a substantive in-house role covering a temporary staffing gap.
What you may work on (under attorney supervision):
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize a range of commercial agreements for the agency and its affiliates, including, but not limited to: consulting agreements, media agreements (IAB, IOs, custom content addendum, sponsorship agreements, media rate/upfront/incentive agreements), events/experiential agreements (hotel contracts, location agreements, partnership agreements, SaaS, MSAs, SOWs) technology and data license agreements (order forms, general terms and conditions, MSAs, SOWs), production agreements (talent/influencer agreements, production services agreements, on-camera releases), and other commercial agreements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and business issues.
What we’re looking for:
- Admitted attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience (in-house or law firm).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with confidential, time-sensitive processes.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable working independently on commercial contracts.
Salary Range: $3,076.92 to $3,557.69 a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
