Description

Senior GSA MAS Contract Vehicle Manager

MAS-focused, client-facing contract vehicle leadership for GovCon clients.

Role Snapshot

  • Role: Senior GSA MAS Contract Vehicle Manager
  • Location / Type: U.S. remote
  • Compensation: $155,000-$170,000 base salary plus target bonus, with total target compensation of approximately $180,000-$200,000 OTE, depending on experience
  • Schedule: Full-time

You will help government contractors get more value from their GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts. This is a client-facing, hands-on role focused on GSA MAS maintenance, modifications, compliance, pricing and catalog updates, SIN strategy, and ongoing Schedule administration.

This is not a generic federal proposal role. The core need is someone who understands how GSA MAS contracts actually work after award, how to keep them compliant, and how to guide clients through the administrative and strategic decisions required to maintain and expand their Schedule.

This role prioritizes hands-on GSA MAS maintenance capability first. GWAC, OASIS+, IDIQ, BPA, and broader proposal experience is valuable, but MAS administration depth is the key differentiator.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage GSA MAS contract maintenance for multiple GovCon clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and track eMod actions, including SIN additions, labor category updates, pricing changes, catalog updates, administrative modifications, and related Schedule updates.
  • Support initial GSA MAS offers and major Schedule actions when needed.
  • Advise clients on MAS strategy, including SIN alignment, labor category structure, pricing approach, documentation readiness, and compliance obligations.
  • Manage ongoing Schedule compliance requirements, including IFF and TDR reporting support, sales tracking coordination, renewal readiness, pricing considerations, and documentation upkeep.
  • Coordinate with client executives, contracts teams, finance, pricing, business development, and technical stakeholders to gather required information and keep actions moving.
  • Review GSA MAS solicitations, refreshes, modification requirements, and customer-facing documentation to ensure accurate, compliant submissions.
  • Help clients understand how to use their MAS contract to pursue task orders, BPAs, and agency opportunities.
  • Support GSA eBuy opportunity tracking and task-order proposal activity as needed.
  • Maintain organized client records, trackers, templates, and process documentation across multiple active engagements.
  • Provide clear client communication, status updates, recommendations, and risk flags.
  • Partner with internal leadership to improve repeatable MAS processes, templates, and service-delivery standards.

Must-Haves

  • Direct, hands-on experience with GSA MAS or GSA Schedule administration.
  • Experience preparing or supporting eOffer and/or eMod actions.
  • Experience with SIN additions or changes, labor category updates, pricing updates, catalog updates, or similar MAS modifications.
  • Understanding of post-award GSA MAS maintenance requirements, not just proposal or capture support.
  • Experience supporting GSA MAS compliance, including Schedule documentation, reporting requirements, renewals, modifications, and client readiness.
  • Ability to communicate directly with GovCon clients and explain MAS requirements in plain English.
  • Strong project-management skills across multiple clients, deadlines, and contract-vehicle actions.
  • Experience working with federal contractors, GovCon advisory firms, GSA Schedule consulting firms, or similar contractor-side environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working through complex government requirements, templates, portals, and documentation.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, client-facing consulting environment.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience helping companies secure new GSA MAS awards.
  • Experience with GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, IFF reporting, TDR reporting, SIP/catalog files, CALC/pricing research, or MAS renewal actions.
  • Experience advising clients on MAS growth strategy, including how to position their Schedule for agency demand.
  • Familiarity with OASIS+, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, or other federal contract vehicles.
  • Experience with Symphony or scorecard-driven vehicle submissions.
  • Background at a GSA consulting firm, GovCon advisory firm, federal proposal consultancy, or government-contractor contracts/proposal team.
  • Experience balancing MAS maintenance work with proposal, task-order, or contract-vehicle submission support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients trust you as the person who knows what needs to happen next with their GSA Schedule.
  • MAS modifications move forward cleanly, accurately, and on time.
  • SIN, pricing, labor-category, and catalog updates are well-supported and compliant.
  • Clients understand their options, risks, deadlines, and obligations.
  • Internal leadership gains capacity because you can independently manage day-to-day MAS actions.
  • Schedule compliance issues are caught early and communicated clearly.
  • The firm develops a more scalable, repeatable MAS maintenance delivery model.

Who This Role Is Best For

This role is a strong fit for someone who has lived in the GSA MAS world and enjoys the mechanics of keeping Schedules healthy, useful, and compliant.

You may currently be a GSA Schedule Consultant, GSA MAS Consultant, Contract Vehicle Manager, Federal Contracts Consultant, GSA Contract Manager, or senior contracts/proposal professional with deep MAS administration experience.

You will likely enjoy this role if you like client advisory, detail-heavy contract-vehicle work, solving documentation problems, and helping GovCon clients turn their MAS contract into a more valuable business asset.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Federal proposal writing without GSA MAS administration.
  • Capture management without hands-on Schedule maintenance.
  • GWAC or IDIQ pursuit strategy without MAS post-award work.
  • Government-side procurement or contracting only.
  • Commercial contracts, legal contracts, vendor contracts, or procurement.
  • Subcontracts-only administration with no prime-side or Schedule exposure.

Compensation

The expected compensation range is $155,000-$170,000 base salary, plus a target bonus. Total target compensation is approximately $180,000-$200,000 OTE, depending on depth of GSA MAS experience, client-facing capability, and ability to independently manage Schedule maintenance work.

Candidates with deep eOffer/eMod, GSA MAS awards, post-award maintenance, pricing/catalog, compliance, and client-advisory experience will be most competitive at the top end of the range.

Work Model

  • Fully remote within the United States.
  • Client-facing consulting environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required for internal meetings, client meetings, or industry events.
