WHAT DOES A HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR DO?
As a Hotel Night Auditor, you are the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. You love going above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. Your exceptional customer service skills and hospitality-driven mindset shine as you greet guests at registration, assist them throughout their stay, and bid them farewell upon check-out. Your keen attention to detail ensures that no special request goes unattended - from guest mail to wake-up calls, you will make sure every need is met!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
The requirements for this position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computers
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
