How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You will work closely with internal engineering disciplines, project management, and site teams, as well as external clients, and vendors.
Key Accountabilities
3D Model Leadership: Coordinate integrated 3D models (Navisworks) across all disciplines (Civil, Piping, E&I, etc.).
Clash Management: Run clash checks, classify priorities, and ensure clashes are resolved per review cycle.
Standards & Quality: Enforce Level of Development consistency and modeling standards, aiming for zero major issues during formal reviews.
Constructability & Safety: Identify spatial conflicts and constructability issues early to reduce field rework and integrate HSE zoning into model checks.
Innovation: Support 4D pilot projects and drive improvements in BIM processes and digital tools.
Mentorship: Provide onboarding and training sessions to project teams to increase proficiency in model navigation.
Reporting line & location:
Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer reports directly to Discipline Manager, Architecture.
This role is located in Kraków (office-based with occasional travel to sites/E&C locations)
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM Coordination within the EPC industry.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of EPC project design flow and clash resolution.
Familiarity with Revit, AVEVA, or other BIM tools (Preferred).
Fluency in professional English.
Analytical thinking, with the ability to evaluate complex spatial and interface issues.
A field-oriented mindset, with a focus on construction sequences and system maintainability.
Leadership skills, acting as the recognized decision owner for the 3D model to promote a digital culture.
Flexibility and adaptability in delivering the best solutions for project objectives
Organized, able to capitalize and process a lessons learnt implementation.
Continuous improvement oriented.
