THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Butler to provide guests with full service during their stay and assist with any special requests.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.5012 + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Guide guests through all phases of their experience

• Exhibit proper knowledge and service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages as well as menu items of every course

• Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management Item bills correctly

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Work as a team and assist all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age required

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a server in a fine dining establishment required

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
