About the Job

We are looking for an Information and Document Management Consultant to join the Guidance Team, supporting end users in the adoption and effective use of digital workplace solutions and information systems.

The role focuses on providing user support, training, documentation, communication, and incident management services, acting as a key interface between business users and IT teams. The successful candidate will contribute to improving user experience, promoting digital adoption, and ensuring that users are fully equipped to leverage the available tools and services effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide user support and incident follow-up in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to users and administrators.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, communication materials, and e-learning content.
  • Support testing, deployment, and adoption of Digital Workplace and Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and contribute to functional specifications.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with project teams.
  • Monitor and improve support processes to enhance user experience and service quality.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and collaboration platforms.

Profile

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in Digital Workplace, Windows environments, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft 365 change management initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Atlassian Jira.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
  • Experience in user support, technical documentation, and training delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Nice to have

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with European Commission applications such as ARES, SFC, and LaunchPad.
  • Knowledge of EU funding programmes and European Commission processes.
