Description
The Strategic Fleet Manager acts as a trusted advisor to national fleet customers, driving adoption of Goodyear Commercial products through innovative, value-driven solutions. Builds strong executive relationships to align with customer needs, ensuring effective communication and profitable growth. Leverages a consultative approach to execute strategies that strengthen partnerships and optimize operations with key accounts.

What You Will Do
Manage and grow relationships with strategic fleet customers, serving as the primary account lead.
Develop and execute initiatives that reduce customer operating costs and enhance overall performance.
Build strong relationships across all organizational levels while continuously assessing and addressing customer needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet performance objectives, ensure program execution, and drive corrective actions when needed.
Design and implement sales and service strategies to achieve AOP targets and deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
Monitor business performance through forecasting, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of equivalent professional experience, including B2B sales and strategic account management.
Experience working with large fleet operations, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a confident and professional presence.
Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze trends, forecast performance, and translate insights into action.
Proven problem-solving capability, with the ability to implement innovative solutions, drive results, and travel across the assigned division.
