What You’ll Do:
Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every guest, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing accurate information and solutions with confidence and care.
Maintain a perfectly organized and inviting front desk environment, upholding high standards of presentation and service.
Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to guarantee seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks and support the team in daily operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role within hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
