The role:
As a Performance Marketing Ad Operations Manager you will own end-to-end execution and optimization of mobile app acquisition campaigns on the Truecaller Ads platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mobile attribution, MMP integrations, campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and client management, data-driven approach and an ability to multi-task with an eye for detail is a must. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality performance campaigns while meeting advertiser KPIs.
What you’ll do:
- Own the complete lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns from onboarding to reporting.
- Launch, monitor, optimize, and scale CPI, CPA, CPL, CPC campaigns.
- Configure and validate AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or other MMP tracking integrations.
- Set up click URLs, impression trackers, postbacks, pixels, SDK events, deep links, and attribution parameters.
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, budget utilization, and conversion quality.
- Optimize campaigns towards KPIs including:
- CAC
- CPI
- CPA
- CTR
- CVR
- ROAS
- Perform audience analysis and recommend targeting improvements based on performance data.
- Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies, postback failures, pixel issues, and tracking mismatches.
- Work with Data teams to validate reporting and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for new feature rollouts, tracking enhancements, and platform improvements.
- Provide proactive optimization recommendations to maximize advertiser performance.
- Build campaign reports, performance insights, and client-facing analyses using Excel and internal dashboards.
- Ensure timely campaign launches, smooth execution, and full budget utilization.
- Handle escalations independently while maintaining strong client communication.
What you bring in:
- 5–8+ years in Performance Marketing Ad Operations.
- Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns across fintech, gaming, e-commerce, BFSI, or consumer apps.
- Strong understanding of attribution windows, postbacks, deep linking, and mobile measurement.
- Experience working with ad servers or in-app advertising ecosystems is preferred.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention tools and attribution quality checks is a plus.
