This Position reports to:
Customer Support Supervisor
In this role you will have the opportunity to serve as a key link between ABB Robotics Taiwan and the ABB global supply chain network. Each day, you will place purchase orders with group factories, track manufacturing progress to meet customer delivery deadlines, coordinate with external suppliers and develop new supplier relationships, and collaborate with the finance team on payment arrangements. Additionally, you will manage the receipt and distribution of products/parts to the Taiwan warehouse, coordinate with warehouse operations on shipments, and control inventory and asset management. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing procurement processes, supply chain efficiency, and inventory accuracy.

This role is contributing to the ABB Robotics Taiwan Co., Ltd. in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are the Manufacturing factory, Sales team, Finance team, Warehouse, and etc.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system for procurement (SCM) and logistics, including purchase orders, factory schedules, supplier information, and warehouse inventory records.
- Checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods (Robots & Parts) upon arrival at the Taiwan warehouse to ensure compliance with storage standards and technical specifications.
- Ensuring daily contact with group factories and external suppliers, tracking delivery schedules and production progress, managing exceptions to meet customer deadlines, and keep relationships with new suppliers.
- Participating in regular inventory control processes, logistics performance analysis, warehouse coordination meetings, asset management reviews, and working with the finance team on payment processing.
Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in procurement processes, logistics management, warehouse operations, and supply chain-related tools and methodologies.
- You have 3+ years of experience in procurement, warehouse management, logistics coordination, or supply chain roles. (previous experience as a Procurement Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, or Warehouse Supervisor with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred)
- You are passionate about supplier relationship management, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
- You are at ease communicating in Mandarin and English; proficiency in both languages is essential for this role as you will interact with group factories, international suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
