- Provide a top-tier, memorable experience to all key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, acting as a strategic partner on talent topics.
- Work closely with senior Instant Impact colleagues (e.g. Partnership Directors) to deliver insights and foresight through detailed reports and talent/market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities where Instant Impact can add further value to each partnership, connecting client needs to the right expertise, tools, or solutions across our wider offering.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Offer fresh, innovative suggestions to enhance clients’ Talent Acquisition functions, processes, and candidate experience.
- Support the design and implementation of agreed improvements, ensuring they are embedded and adopted.
- Champion new technology, tools, and ways of working that improve speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.
Community & Internal Contribution
- Share best practices, ideas, and partnership results with the wider Instant Impact community.
- Lead internal coaching and training sessions to develop colleagues and elevate standards across the team.
- Embody and promote Instant Impact’s values and culture in everything you do.
Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or senior recruiter in an embedded or RPO environment (strongly preferred).
- We will also consider experienced senior in-house recruiters who have managed end-to-end hiring and complex stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Experience working across different sectors is welcome – we are not limited to any specific industry.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building long-term professional relationships.
