Legal Counsel - GSAReady to take the next step in your career? As a Legal Counsel for our GSA region, you’ll work on high impact initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and help scale one of the most exciting growth phases in our company’s history.
Insulet is looking to add a new DACH lawyer, with commercial experience, to join our European Legal Team. The candidate will support the day to day legal operations to aide Insulet’s growing business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (GSA) and provide support for specific European projects where required.
Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day legal support for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, partnering closely with Commercial, Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance teams.
- Supports the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, SOWs, HCP engagements, consultancy and sponsorship arrangements, distributor-related matters, and marketing activities.
- Assists with legal and compliance reviews, promotional material approvals, privacy and matters, and helps identify and manage legal risks in a highly regulated medical device environment.
Education and Experience:
- Qualified German Lawyer
- Demonstrated firm and/or inhouse experience
- Experience with commercial transactions, direct to consumer transaction experience is desirable.
- Experience working within a regulated industry, previous in-house experience with medical device or other life science company an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage legal risks for complex strategic transactions.
- Fluent English and German, other European languages a plus.
