Chef de Rang

We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Chef de Rang to join our Ling Ling by Hakkasan team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Manage your assigned station and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Guide and support Commis de Rang during service.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with Mandarin Oriental standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of the restaurant and service areas.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or senior waiter in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
