Product Picker Specialist

Position: Product Picker SpecialistDepartment: WarehouseReports To: Picking/Receiving Manager FSLA Status: Non-ExemptEmployment Type: Full-Time / In-HouseJob Summary:The Product Picker Specialist is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced apparel and headwear warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to meeting daily fulfillment goals while maintaining product quality and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Order FulfillmentAccurately pick apparel and hat products from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.Verify product codes, sizes, and quantities before staging orders for packing.Ensure items are handled with care to maintain product quality.Inventory HandlingReport discrepancies or inventory shortages to supervisors.Assist in restocking and organizing picking areas to ensure efficiency.Maintain awareness of product locations, stock rotations, and warehouse layout.Quality & EfficiencyMeet daily picking productivity and accuracy targets.Follow established processes to minimize errors and delays.Work closely with packing and shipping teams to ensure smooth order flow.Workplace StandardsAdhere to warehouse safety protocols and company policies.Help keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.Qualifications:1–2 years of warehouse, order fulfillment, or related experience (apparel/headwear industry preferred).Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.Basic knowledge of warehouse technology (handheld scanners, WMS, or RF devices).Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Work Environment: Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.Hourly Rate: $19 - $21Benefits: Paid Time Off Health insurance 401k benefitsEmployee discountBranded Bills is an equal opportunity employer. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
