The Opportunity

ERM is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Managing Consultant to join our growing Environmental & Social Due Diligence (ESDD) practice across Africa.

This is an exciting opportunity for a consulting professional with strong ESDD experience to take a leading role in shaping and growing ERM's transaction advisory and sustainable finance services in the region. You will work at the intersection of sustainability, finance, and risk management, supporting some of Africa's most significant investment, development, and infrastructure projects.

As a senior member of the team, you will combine technical excellence with leadership responsibilities, serving as both a Project Manager and People Leader. You will lead complex due diligence assignments, build trusted client relationships, mentor and develop consultants, and contribute to the strategic growth of our business across Africa.
