The Job

As a Supply Planner Here, you’ll be part of our US HMT Supply Planning team located in Taichung, Taiwan. You’ll get to: 

  • Manage finished goods replenishment planning and execute inventory strategies to achieve targeted inventory turns while maintaining high service levels.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address service level issues and improve overall fulfillment performance.
  • Monitor planning performance, identify gaps, and drive on-time delivery through proactive risk mitigation and expediting actions as needed.
  • Optimize inventory deployment across the U.S. distribution center network to support efficient product flow and availability.
  • Evaluate capacity requirements to support new product introductions, sourcing transitions, and promotional initiatives.
  • Utilize supply planning systems and tools to maintain accurate planning parameters, optimize safety stock, and align sourcing strategies with changing customer demand.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Order Management Team, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams to resolve supply and demand imbalances, delivery issues, and operational constraints.

The Person

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices in supply planning and inventory management.
  • Advanced proficiency in supply planning systems and data analytical skills (JDA, SAP, Excel, Power BI).
  • Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving with keen attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Chinese, with a proven track record of taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain. CPIM preferred. 4+ years’ relevant supply chain experience.
