Front of House Team Member (PM Shift)

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Details:

• Full-time or part-time
• PM Shifts: Monday-Saturday 2:00pm/3:00pm to 11:00pm
• Pay: Up to $18/hr for adults (18+ yrs old) & up to $16/hr for high school students (16+ yrs old)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
