We have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Handler in Dublin.
Are you looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding career in claims handling while making a real difference to customers when they need support most? As a Claims Handler, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional claims service on behalf of leading insurers, managing claims from first notification through to settlement. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience, ensuring every claim is handled efficiently, accurately and professionally while meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will take ownership of a portfolio of claims, using your knowledge and judgement to assess information, provide guidance on policy cover and progress claims to a fair and timely resolution. You will communicate directly with customers, insurer representatives and other stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism and a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to develop strong technical and customer service skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance. You will be encouraged to maintain your professional development, work towards recognised insurance qualifications and support the achievement of team goals. In addition, you will provide assistance to the Team Leader when required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building expertise and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
