SL2573 - Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, timeline management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, budget oversight, resource coordination, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale and complex business and technology projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Track project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, issues, and blockers.
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Lead project governance meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Manage project risks, issues, action items, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Build strong relationships with business, technology, and senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, budgets, and key decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate critical issues when required.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and resource utilization.
• Ensure appropriate resources and capabilities are available throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and support transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within complex business and technology environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Experience in vendor management, including delivery oversight and performance management.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong capabilities in project governance, planning, risk management, budget management, and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
