Procurement Operations Associate

• Customer service representative to provide support for Payments Team LATAM
• Search for Proof of Payments in Banks System and provide the documentation to suppliers and internal clients.
• Responsible for documenting payments and ensuring customer service related to payments in different geographies within Latin America
• Provide support recording and processing payments for bills, taxes and other transactions, having into account Accenture internal Policies to be in compliance.
• Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist to resolve issues/problems (standard and non-standard).
• Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work

Qualifications:

• Advanced English and Portuguese  (written and spoken)
• Student of Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Nice to have)
• Proactive and results seeker
• Provide a top-quality service in all customer interactions
• Good judgement, decision making and excellent communication skills
