## About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions, intelligent agents, copilots and enterprise automation workflows. You will combine expertise in large language models, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, robotic process automation, application programming interfaces and cloud technologies to deliver secure, scalable and governed solutions aligned with business objectives. The role is based at SV VHub-2 and reports to the Data and Analytics Technical Lead

## What you’ll do

Translate senior stakeholder priorities into practical AI, machine learning and generative AI architecture, implementation roadmaps and measurable transformation outcomes.

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end automation across cloud, desktop, enterprise resource planning, legacy and enterprise applications using robotic process automation, reusable components, APIs and custom code.

Develop and deploy intelligent agents, copilots and autonomous assistants using appropriate triggers, knowledge sources, integrated tools, escalation logic and governance controls.

Embed large language models, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, document intelligence and content extraction into workflows to improve reasoning, data extraction and business process execution.

Design and maintain orchestration pipelines covering prompt management, context handling, response validation and output quality controls.

Manage the automation lifecycle across development, testing and production environments, including data loss prevention policies, source control, continuous integration and delivery, release management and operational monitoring.

Collaborate with enterprise, application, data and DevOps architects, data scientists, machine learning operations specialists and business teams to assess use cases and define solution designs.

Partner with product, engineering and compliance teams to deliver AI capabilities securely, responsibly and efficiently.

Support technical review boards and design authority approval processes.

Guide small delivery teams and support technical and citizen developers through mentoring, peer reviews and clear documentation

## Who you are

You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.

You bring at least three years of professional experience in enterprise automation, robotic process automation, intelligent process automation, AI agent development or cloud-native workflow orchestration.

You have at least two years of experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

You have hands-on production experience with large language models, including prompt engineering, evaluation and orchestration using LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent technologies.

You understand agentic system design, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, planning, autonomous execution and multi-agent collaboration.You have advanced Python development skills for AI orchestration, backend agent logic, retrieval-augmented generation and workflow automation, together with proficiency in C#/.NET or Java.

You have experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search or Google Vertex AI, as well as vector databases, embeddings, fine-tuning and evaluation methods.

You can deploy and operate AI or automation workloads using Docker and cloud execution platforms such as Azure Container Apps or Azure Kubernetes Service.

You understand enterprise integration patterns, including APIs, custom connectors, OAuth-secured services, enterprise applications and third-party data sources.You have experience with automation and delivery technologies such as UiPath, Power Automate, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or GitLab CI.You can manage competing priorities and multiple projects effectively.

You communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders and can translate complex technical concepts into accessible business language.

You are familiar with Agile delivery methods, including experience working in Scaled Agile Framework environments.

You can lead small teams, collaborate across disciplines and support effective project delivery.
