Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Project  Management Team based in the Mumbai office. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Scope and Priorities

• Define and standardize site-level operational metrics across all six centers, including quality, timeliness, productivity, and capacity, supported by common definitions and data standards.

• Lead the India GCC metrics go-live

• Design the process and value-stream aggregation layer, linking GCC delivery data to the B.2 framework across both onshore and offshore operations.

• Design the client-service outcome roll-up, translating operational performance into a metric that is meaningful at both COO and client level.

• Partner with site leads across all six locations to ensure consistent data capture, governance, and reporting cadence.

• Provide regular progress updates to pillar owners, Swati and Sam.

Core KPIs

Tier 1: Site-Level Operational Metrics

Help drive to measure consistently at each center:

Quality — e.g., error/defect rate, accuracy %

Timeliness — e.g., SLA adherence, turnaround time

Productivity — e.g., units processed per FTE/hour

Capacity — e.g., utilization %, headcount vs. demand

·                Tier 2: Process and Value-Stream Metrics

Consistency of process metrics across sites against the B.2 framework

Alignment of delivery performance across onshore and offshore operations

·                Tier 3: Client-Service Outcomes

A single consolidated client-service score/index

Delivery milestone: India operational by end of August, with the remaining five centers following a defined rollout timeline

AI Tool Strategy & Workflow Setup: Select and manage text-to-video AI platforms (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Elai.io, NotebookLM) and script-generation prompts to automate short video production at scale.
Master Architecture & Taxonomy: Structure the video taxonomy on the Learning Management System (LMS) so content is easily searchable by Lifecycle Stage, Industry, Client Segment, and Region.
Prompt Engineering & Script Direction: Feed generic insurance lifecycle workflows (placements, renewals, endorsements, claims) into AI tools to generate 2-to-3-minute video scripts tailored to specific industry contexts.
Domain Sense-Checking & Guardrails: Review, fact-check, and approve all AI-generated video scripts, voiceovers, and visual assets to eliminate technical errors, hallucinated terms, or outdated regulations.
LMS Content Curation & Stocking: Oversee the systematic uploading, tagging, and playlisting of short video modules on the central learning portal.
