  • Strong understanding of deburring techniques, edge-breaking requirements, and surface finish standards.
  • Ability to work within close tolerances while preserving part integrity.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to identify defects such as nicks, scratches, gouges, tool marks, and chatter.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience with aerospace-grade materials including titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel-based alloys.
  • Experience supporting First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process quality inspections.
  • Familiarity with customer specifications and workmanship requirements for major aerospace manufacturers.
  • Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
