About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support strategic transformation initiatives across the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) business, with a primary focus on Banking, Lending, and Trust. This role will lead and execute multiple concurrent projects involving automation, process optimization, analytics, and business transformation to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and execution capabilities, deep analytical expertise, and hands-on technical experience in automation and data platforms. This individual will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementation in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Business Execution, Business Consulting, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Analytics, Automation.
Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Python development and scripting
Hands-on experience with AI enabled transformation
Advanced SQL development and data querying experience
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Experience with Alteryx for workflow automation and analytics
Strong data analysis and data visualization skills
Experience implementing intelligent automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or low-code automation solutions
Experience supporting Banking, Lending, Trust, Wealth Management, or Financial Services operations
Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow optimization, and operational excellence methodologies
Experience creating executive dashboards and performance reporting
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Lead multiple strategic initiatives concurrently while maintaining high levels of quality and execution
Serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational partners
Drive automation and transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation and business adoption
Deliver measurable efficiency, risk reduction, productivity, and client experience improvements
Develop and present project updates, recommendations, and business cases to leadership teams
Maintain strong governance, documentation, and project controls throughout the project lifecycle
Support organizational objectives by identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
