Job Description

This role is accountable for supporting operational platform management across the wires ecosystem, with a primary focus on coordinating end-to-end testing across platforms and upstream channels. Operating within an agile delivery model, this position enables scalable delivery, supports platform modernization, and ensures operational resiliency and regulatory alignment. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and platform management to ensure cohesive testing strategies that align with both current-state operations and future-state platform transformation initiatives.

We are seeking a candidate with experience managing and coordinating test plans while collaborating with diverse teams. Serves as the primary liaison for testing activities, identifying gaps and risks, and supporting release readiness. Collaborates closely with Agile teams to prioritize work, validate requirements, resolve defects, and ensure successful delivery of platform enhancements and transformation initiatives.

This role requires working from one of the posted U.S. Bank locations three (3) or more days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end testing across the Wires platform ecosystem, ensuring complete test coverage across upstream and downstream applications.

  • Serve as a key liaison across stakeholder groups, providing clear communication on testing status, issues, and readiness.

  • Use Jira to track testing activities, defects, dependencies, and delivery progress.

  • Partner with business, operations, technology, and interfacing teams to identify testing dependencies, mitigate risks, and prevent gaps that could impact the client experience.

  • Collaborate with Agile teams to support requirements validation, defect management, prioritization, and release readiness activities

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically one or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated experience with wire transfer processes and ecosystem

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technology partners

- Experience using Jira to manage testing activities, defects, user stories, and delivery progress.

- Experience creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation
- Ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
- Solid understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
