We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized Customer Service professional. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure orders, repairs, quotations, and shipments are managed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
📋 Order & Customer Management

Process sales orders, amendments, and engineering changes accurately and promptly in the ERP system.

Review Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and customer requirements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.

Maintain and update customer profiles, master pricing, and product repair pricing in the ERP system.

Handle customer enquiries professionally and proactively, ensuring timely resolution and knowing when to escalate issues.
💬 Customer Relationship & Communication

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

Keep customers informed on the status of their parts through weekly updates, customized reports, and customer web-based platforms.

Follow up closely on customer approvals, quotations, orders, and outstanding matters to ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, expedite orders, and manage shipment schedules.
💰 Quotations & Business Support

Prepare and manage customer repair quotations in accordance with company approval policies and guidelines.

Drive timely customer approvals to support business and sales targets.

Support and participate in customer RFQ processes, including the use of financial models.

Prepare Repair Capability Listings / Catalogues and ensure timely updates to relevant web platforms.

Support the preparation of departmental reports for management review and business discussions.
🚀 Continuous Improvement

Monitor business activities closely from initiation through to completion.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver better customer experiences.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving customer requirements.

Provide backup support to other members of the Customer Service team when required.

Take on other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees at all levels.

Customer-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong multitasking, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with a high level of emotional intelligence.

Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-
Knowledge or experience in financial modelling will be an added advantage.
