Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Supervisor - Federal to join our Government Imaging Team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, accurate, and high-quality conversion of physical documents into digital assets, serving as a critical link in our information management services. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in data integrity and digital transformation.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Process and prepare a high volume of hard copy records for scanning, ensuring all documents are correctly sorted and prepped for efficient conversion.
Operate and maintain scanning equipment to accurately convert physical documents into digital images, following strict quality control and production standards.
Index and key critical data from documents into multiple software applications with a strong focus on detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity.
Ensure compliance with all internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service level agreements to maintain document control and confidentiality.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment for a team of 15-30 employees in a similar field
Strong team training and leadership skills
Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills.
Ability to assist in the invoicing process.
Strong project management experience in a high volume production environment.
This position requires effective communication, internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication.
Kofax knowledge is a plus
Prior Federal document imaging is a plus
Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Must have a minimum of one form of Federal Identification (e.g. State Issued Real ID, Passport, Passport Card, Military ID).
What We Offer (Benefits)
Compensation is presented as an Annual Salary Starting at $62,200.00/an (**Negotiations Depending on Experience) and is Bonus Eligible
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 2nd Shift - 3 PM to 11:30 PM
