Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits Attorney to join its legal team. This opportunity is available in Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany, with the possibility of remote arrangements depending on the candidate's experience and needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in Employee Benefits law. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of benefits-related matters, including:

• ERISA compliance and related regulations
• Designing, establishing, and maintaining retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
• Ensuring compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations
• Providing counsel on benefit plan operations and ongoing compliance requirements

Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, a solid academic background, and a client-focused mindset. The firm values initiative, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
