Senior Specialist- Account Management

Role Purpose
As Senior Specialist - Account Management at Accelya, you will lead Account Management activities, providing expert airline customer relationship management, revenue retention and expansion and acting as a senior commercial partner to airline customers and internal stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead complex airline customer relationship management, revenue retention and expansion activities, acting as the senior commercial authority for strategic airline opportunities
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Dynamics AI, Claude or equivalent and ChatGPT for account planning, renewal documentation and executive communications across the team to improve commercial quality and efficiency
• Manage senior airline customer relationships, engaging at C-suite level and acting as a trusted commercial partner
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for significant accounts or market segments
• Conduct deep competitive analysis, translating intelligence from key players in the competitive airline technology market into commercial positioning
• Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for executive-quality proposals, strategy papers and commercial communications
• Mentor junior commercial team members and contribute to best practice development
Required Experience & Skills
• 5–7 years of Account Management experience with demonstrated commercial leadership dealing with Airline Accounts
• Expert commercial skills and deep knowledge of airline technology markets
• Strong C-suite relationship management and complex negotiation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and commercial analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
Preferred Experience & Skills
• Deep knowledge of airline technology competitive landscape including key players in the competitive airline technology market
• Strong understanding of Modern Airline Retailing principles and NDC (New Distribution Capability), with the ability to articulate their commercial impact to airline stakeholders
• Expert use of Microsoft Dynamics with AI-powered features for commercial analytics, forecasting and customer relationship intelligence
• Strong experience using Microsoft Dynamics AI, Claude or equivalent and ChatGPT for account planning, renewal documentation and executive communications to improve commercial quality, proposal excellence and market intelligence
