Summary:
The Commercial Loan Administrator I or II is responsible for supporting the administration, documentation, and closing of commercial loan transactions. The position works closely with Commercial Lenders, Credit Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Loan Administration staff, attorneys, title companies, borrowers, and other internal and external partners to facilitate accurate, timely, and compliant commercial loan closings.
The Commercial Loan Administrator I or II assists with documentation coordination, due diligence collection, approval condition tracking, collateral documentation, closing preparation, and post-closing follow-up activities. The role serves as an important partner in the commercial lending process by helping ensure approved transactions are properly documented, closed, booked, and maintained in accordance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements.
This position may be performed at different branch locations based on office availability

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Banking, lending, legal, administrative, documentation, real estate, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Basic understanding of business and financial documentation preferred.
- Ability to learn commercial lending processes and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable banking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Salary: $20-$25/ hour
