Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant Supervisor oversees the Sales Support Staff for the Inside Sales Team. They also oversee the successful handling of all internal processes associated with inside sales account management and campaign activation. Supports sales leadership with communications, reporting and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Distributes and assigns customer accounts as contracts are requested.
- Provides reporting to VP, Inside Sales daily and weekly, on group activity and efficiency.
- Distributes and assigns pricing requests to the Sales Assistants.
- Tracks on time return of pricing to sales reps and looks for efficiencies in providing faster delivery and turn time.
- Reviews daily holds and status reports to makes sure all customers are on track to get up on their billboards on time.
- Meets with Sales Assistants on a weekly basis to review pipeline
- Works with Ad Ops around the country to facilitate ISG customers getting up on billboards in a timely manner.
- Assists Sales Assistants as a back up when needed.
- Involved in the hiring, training and onboarding of all new Sales Assistants for the Inside Sales team.
- Oversees the Review and reconciliation of billing and accounts payable matters in collaboration with the finance team.
- Supports sales leadership with team communications, expense reports, and general office administration.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience supporting sales preferred.
- 1-2 Years of Supervisory experience preferred
Skills
- Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.).
- Willing to learn programs & systems (i.e., Clear Access, P+, Salesforce, etc.) to the level of fluency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enforce meeting deadlines for the team

- Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus.
- This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
