Summary: The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting,
and decision support to organizational leadership. This position develops financial models, analyzes operational
and financial performance, identifies trends and variances, and provides actionable recommendations that support
strategic and operational decision-making. The Financial Analyst collaborates with departments across the
organization to promote financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, prepare, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and analytical models to
support organizational decision-making.
• Analyze financial, operational, and statistical data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for
improvement.
• Investigate financial results and prepare timely variance analyses with clear explanations and
recommendations for leadership.
• Support the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting activities, and long-range financial planning
initiatives.
• Monitor budget performance and provide ongoing financial reporting and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to gather financial information, answer questions, and provide decisionsupport
analysis.
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to enhance
operational visibility.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, financial modeling, and ad hoc
reporting requests.
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information
• Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education, Licensure, & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of finance experience.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP, financial planning, and business intelligence systems such as Workday Adaptive
Planning, NetSuite, PowerBI, or similar platforms.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and present recommendations in a clear and meaningful
manner.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is
regularly required to sit, use hands to operate computers, keyboards, office equipment, and other technology, and
reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel,
crouch, or twist. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
This position primarily operates in a remote and office-based environment with periodic travel to corporate offices
and other Pyramid Healthcare locations as needed. Regular use of computers, financial reporting systems, virtual
meeting platforms, and other business technology is required. Employees may interact with leaders across multiple
business functions and may encounter exposure to communicable illnesses or emotionally sensitive situations
while visiting healthcare facilities.
Compensation
This position may be subject to state or local wage transparency requirements. Where required by law, a

compensation may vary depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, qualifications, and internal

The starting compensation for this role is $75,000-$85,000/year; final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
