THE JOB
VIP Nation is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to be a critical part of the client service team in the organization. This individual will be a self-starter and leader, guiding team members on the road to meet and exceed expectations of artist and clients.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Build VIP Program budgets, package descriptions, pricing, pitch decks for agents and managers
- Liaise with agents and managers for all details of the VIP program
- Oversees all aspects of VIP program, set up and tour logistics from inception to execution:
- Works with ticketing for package set up on TM/VIPN/Venue Platforms, oversees ticket releases
- Works with project manager/fulfillment for merchandise creation and design ideas
- Hires touring staff, submits payroll for each tour
- Coordinate with touring and artist / management teams for advertising and promotion of VIP packages, including socials and email newsletters
- Oversee fan communication
- Creation and advocacy of general VIP Nation policies as it applies to in-office systems and event execution
- Submits décor, ambience and merchandise deck ideas for approval with management
- Oversees daily rep expenses for proper budgeting
- Evaluate customer service solutions and practices
- Able to manage multiple clients at once in fast paced environment
- Reviews and submits invoices for payment
- Reviews settlements with finance
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- 5-10 years of touring, event and/or artist management experience
- Experience managing Live Event Operations; experience in VIP package fulfillment and operations a plus
- Excellent budgeting and project management skills
- Strong reporting and analysis skills as well as overseeing large-scale budgets
- Experience pitching, discussing and executing sales proposals
- Superior communication skills and experience with crisis management
- Proficiency in merchandising and production planning
- Must have valid passport and be available for domestic and international travel

The expected compensation for this position is:
$88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
