Responsibilities:

• Coordinates trade marketing activities across channels to support timely execution of promotional programs, product launches, and customer-facing initiatives.

• Supports development and rollout of campaign materials, point-of-sale assets, and activation plans to maintain brand and promotional consistency.

• Monitors program schedules, material availability, and execution milestones to identify delays, gaps, and readiness issues and communicates exceptions for timely resolution.

• Maintains promotional calendars, campaign records, activity trackers, and execution documentation to support reporting accuracy and operational visibility.

• Prepares and verifies marketing support materials, program details, and activity documentation to enable accurate deployment across customer and channel touchpoints.

• Supports coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners by consolidating updates, documenting requirements, and aligning routine execution needs.

• Contributes to process optimization by identifying recurring coordination issues, documentation gaps, and workflow constraints affecting trade marketing execution.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

• Associate's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, commercial operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, marketing coordination, sales support, commercial operations, brand support, or a related field required.

• Certification in marketing operations, trade marketing, project coordination, or equivalent certification preferred.
