The Corporate Facilities Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, design, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout of enterprise-wide facility projects with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, infrastructure upgrades including Office and Lab renovations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field. 7 to10+ years' experience managing MEP, infrastructure, and construction projects. Knowledge and experience with CAD, BMS, MS Project, Smartsheet and SAP.

Develop scopes, schedules and implementation plans

Develop ROM and detailed budgets
Manage forecasts and capex plans

Oversee renovations and infrastructure upgrades

Coordinate commissioning and turnover
MEP Infrastructure Management
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, fire protection systems
Support lifecycle replacement strategies
Vendor & Consultant Management
Manage RFPs, bids, contracts and change orders
Monitor vendor performance
Administrative & Financial Operations
Maintain project records and closeout documents
Manage POs, invoices, AP workflows and budget reconciliations
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Experience in the medical device industry, and corporate office management is preferred.
- Possesses or can obtain the following certifications (training will be provided by Insulet): OSHA-10, First Aid, CPR, and AED Training.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam (Rev-it), Microsoft Project and/or other design/PM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to delegate and manage the work of others.
- Ability to organize and judge priorities.
- Ability to generate and maintain accurate records.

Additional Information:
Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $115,900.00 - $173,800.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
