Site Lead - Integrated Facilities Management
What this job involves
The Site Lead serves as the primary point of contact and overall leader of facilities management operations at the site. This role involves managing the facilities team and supply chain partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders. The position requires exceptional leadership skills to drive continuous improvement, ensure contract compliance, and deliver exceptional workplace experiences. Additionally, this role is responsible for preparing to lead the standardization and implementation of the program across other regions for a smooth global rollout.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters and developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders to proactively understand and meet expectations
- Leading and managing a diverse, cross-functional FM team and supply chain partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation that consistently exceeds expectations
- Driving continuous improvements and high-impact initiatives that enhance the client workplace experience, challenging the status quo and navigating complex business changes with agility
- Overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing corporate policies and procedures, and monitoring contract compliance while implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Managing annual operating and capital budgets for both hard and soft services, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinating multiple vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery through regular inspections, contract negotiations, and relationship building
- Preparing and delivering monthly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on operations, escalating urgent issues to the client as appropriate
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, dynamic work environment requiring agility and quick adaptation
- Regular site inspections and safety walks requiring physical mobility
- Interaction with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
- May require occasional travel to support regional account development across APAC markets
- Standard office environment with frequent movement throughout facilities
- Potential exposure to various workplace conditions during inspections and vendor coordination
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
8-10 years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams and services
Proven experience in facilities management with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and supply chain partners
Strong background in entertainment or similar fast-paced industry with understanding of complex business operations and unique cultural nuances
Demonstrated expertise in budget management including development and management of operating and capital budgets
Proven track record in vendor management including contract negotiation, quality control, and cost optimization
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and scalable processes from scratch
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence diverse audiences from executives to external partners
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Experience in regional or multi-site facilities management operations
Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
Knowledge of asset management principles including maintenance planning, lifecycle optimization, and asset register management
Experience with data-driven decision making and analytical tools to optimize operations and drive business outcomes
Understanding of emergency preparedness and response procedures and EHS program implementation
Project management experience including minor renovations, improvement projects, and change management initiatives
