Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
 

Purpose: Ensure optimal performance of all mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water plants, precision cooling units, and associated equipment to maintain critical environmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling units
• Monitor and optimize chilled water plant operations
• Maintain Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC/CRAH) units
• Conduct vibration analysis and thermal performance testing
• Troubleshoot mechanical system failures and implement solutions
• Manage water treatment programs for cooling systems
• Maintain pumps, piping systems, and associated mechanical equipment
• Perform energy efficiency assessments and optimization
• Maintain mechanical documentation and maintenance records
• Support capacity planning for cooling infrastructure
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance activities
• Ensure environmental conditions meet data center specifications

Job Specification

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in data centers or cleanroom facilities
• Experience with precision cooling systems and chilled water plants

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and refrigeration systems
• Proficiency in reading P&ID and mechanical drawings
• Understanding of building automation systems
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of energy management principles
• Ability to work in shift rotation (24/7 operations)

Certifications (Preferred):

• HVAC certification or equivalent
• Chiller and cooling system manufacturer training
• Water treatment certification

Language:

• Fluent in Thai; working knowledge of English
