JD  Assistant Manager – Marketing

Mall Operation

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Strategy and Campaign Development: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, events) to support local and national business objectives
• Content and Collateral Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring all materials align with JLL’s brand voice and standards
• Digital Marketing Execution: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media presence, and email marketing automation to generate and nurture leads
• Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, using data to assess ROI and inform future strategies
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our business lines, brokerage teams, and research departments to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing solutions that drive success
• Brand Stewardship: Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications and activities

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Experience in the Malls / Hotel /Retail / Real estate, professional services, or technology industry
• Demonstrated experience with digital advertising, lead generation, and marketing analytics platforms
• A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with modern marketing technology, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), and content management systems
