Position Summary
Kaseya is looking for a VP of Supply Chain & Procurement to define and own Kaseya’s global supply chain, vendor ecosystem, procurement operations, and cost management strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have a rare builder’s mandate: stand up our global Procurement function from the ground up — the organization, operating model, intake processes, and spend controls — while owning global supply chain operations spanning demand planning, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse management.
This is a high-visibility executive role with direct impact on the company’s cost structure, scalability, and operational resilience. You will serve as a senior member of the operations and finance leadership team, influence at the C-suite level, and partner across Finance, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end global supply chain strategy and operating model — planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory optimization, demand planning, and warehouse management.
- Build and lead the global Procurement function, establishing intake processes, spend controls, category management, and governance across hardware, software, services, and indirect spend.
- Personally lead the company’s most strategic vendor negotiations — pricing, terms, SLAs, and long-term agreements — to maximize value and reduce cost.
- Set and deliver enterprise-wide cost savings targets, and optimize inventory, cash conversion cycles, and procurement-related working capital.
- Establish vendor KPIs, scorecards, and governance to drive supplier accountability and performance.
- Own the procurement and supply chain systems roadmap, leading selection and implementation of ERP, P2P, and vendor portal platforms.
- Build an enterprise risk framework for the supply chain, mitigating vendor concentration, logistics disruption, and compliance risks.
- Build executive-grade dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support C-suite decision-making.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing global supply chain and procurement organization.
Required Qualifications
- 15–20+ years in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or operations, including significant experience at the VP or equivalent senior executive level — ideally in technology, hardware-enabled SaaS, or global distribution environments.
- Proven success building and leading global supply chain and procurement functions in high-growth companies, including standing up new functions or transforming underdeveloped ones.
- A track record of delivering material, measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization at enterprise scale.
- Deep experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and supply chain analytics, including leading major system implementations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with fluency in P&L, working capital, and unit economics.
- C-suite-level communication, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
- Experience in private-equity-backed or performance-driven environments strongly preferred; M&A integration experience a plus.
