Job Description

- Assist in the execution of daily IT generalist tasks, including system maintenance, user support, and troubleshooting technical issues. - Handle and resolve IT issues that arise quickly and efficiently. - Maintain and update IT records and databases, including hardware and software inventories. - Provide administrative and operational support to the IT generalist team, including training and guidance. - Assist in organizing IT events and meetings, including user training and project presentations. - Prepare periodic reports on IT activities, including incident reports, maintenance reports, and project reports. - Membantu dalam pelaksanaan tugas harian IT generalist, termasuk pemeliharaan sistem, dukungan pengguna, dan pemecahan masalah teknis. - Menangani dan menyelesaikan masalah IT yang muncul dengan cepat dan efisien. - Memelihara dan memperbarui catatan dan basis data IT, termasuk inventaris perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. - Memberikan dukungan administratif dan operasional kepada tim IT generalist, termasuk pelatihan dan bimbingan. - Membantu dalam pengorganisasian acara dan pertemuan IT, termasuk pelatihan pengguna dan presentasi proyek. - Menyiapkan laporan berkala mengenai aktivitas IT, termasuk laporan insiden, laporan pemeliharaan, dan laporan proyek.
