We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to support our growing business. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to begin a career in sales, marketing, business analytics, and customer relationship management.

The successful candidate will assist with marketing initiatives, analyze sales data, support inventory management activities, and develop inside sales skills while working alongside experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Inside Sales Support

• Assist with customer outreach and lead generation efforts.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, and follow-up communication.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Learn and apply inside sales techniques to identify new business opportunities.

Marketing

• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.
• Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.

Data Analysis

• Collect, organize, and analyze sales and marketing data.
• Generate reports to track sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and dashboards using Excel and other business tools.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to maintain product availability.
• Support inventory audits and reporting activities.
• Help identify inventory trends and recommend replenishment needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
• Interest in developing inside sales and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience is a plus, but not required.
