Lab Technical Assistant, Fulltime, Dayshift, St Mary's Hospital, Athens, GA

What you will do:

• The primary duty of the Technical Lab Assistant is to assist Technical Staff in any histo preparation work that they have been properly trained and competent in performing.
• Assist the hostology secretary by receiving, processing, and shipping specimens for consult.

What you will need:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent organizational skills

Motivation and initiative to identify and perform tasks

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication and people skills
