Front Desk Clerk - Hotel
The Lodge
Manitowish Waters, WI
EAU Holdings is looking for a Front Desk Clerk at our beautiful hotel in Manitowish Waters known as “The Lodge”. Whether it’s morning coffee at Dixie’s, bike rides along miles of world-class paved trails or a relaxing dinner at Smokey’s, we take pride in providing a five-star, world-class customer experience.
This full-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.
Hours: Flexible schedule, morning or evening, but does require weekend hours on Saturday or Sunday.
Position Responsibilities
Greet and register guests, answer phone calls and book guest reservations.
Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs in a timely manner.
Provide suggestions to guests regarding dining and local activities.
Inspect public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
Morning shift will include light kitchen duties, setting up, and cleaning up the guest continental breakfast.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact in a positive and professional way.
Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem-solve.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
