SAP Public Sector Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Public Sector Manager to lead consulting projects, develop client relationships and help grow a high-performing SAP Public Sector team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP Public Sector / PSM transformation projects from strategy through to implementation.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and support their career development.
• Advise senior public-sector stakeholders on SAP strategy, finance and digital transformation.
• Oversee solutions across areas such as Funds Management, Budget Management, Grant Management and Public Sector Accounting.
• Drive S/4HANA and modern SAP technology adoption within public-sector organisations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Support business development, proposals and the growth of the Public Sector practice.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, project profitability and client satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in SAP Public Sector / PSM consulting.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects, teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PSM / Funds Management and public-sector processes.
• Commercial mindset with experience in client development or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent German and good English.
