The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery and governance of business dashboards across Local Business Units (LBUs) and Group stakeholders. The focus is on ensuring effective coordination across business, data, and technology teams to enable consistent, accurate, and timely reporting.
The individual will oversee initiatives spanning data ingestion, transformation, validation, and visualisation, ensuring alignment of metric definitions and positioning dashboards as a single, trusted source of truth for business reporting.
The role plays a key part in translating business requirements into technical execution, ensuring consistency in data standards, maintaining data integrity, and driving smooth delivery across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end execution of Business Metrics dashboard initiatives, from planning through to rollout across LBUs and Group teams
Establish and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across all layers of the data lifecycle
Act as the primary coordination hub between LBU business teams, Data & Engineering teams, Product Owners and Group stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery
Drive clarity on ownership models, implementation approach (local vs central), and responsibilities across workstreams
Oversee data pipeline implementation (LBU to Central UDP), ensuring schema consistency and standardisation across markets working closely with Data Engineering, Insights and LBU Tech teams
Ensure data quality, completeness, and integrity through structured validation, reconciliation, and governance practices
Coordinate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable deliverables for technical & data teams
Facilitate solution design discussions to define optimal data ingestion approaches (e.g. APIs, batch pipelines)
Manage UAT and Production release cycles, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and issue resolution
Drive UAT planning and validation with LBU and data teams to ensure readiness for dashboard consumption
Proactively monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, taking timely corrective actions where needed
Provide regular progress updates, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications on delivery status and risks
Maintain comprehensive project artefacts including trackers, decisions, and governance documentation
Identify opportunities to enhance data standardisation, dashboard usability, and delivery processes
Ensure adherence to reporting governance frameworks, including standard metric definitions and single source of truth principles
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing end-to-end data or analytics projects, ideally within dashboarding and reporting environments
Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting
Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Firebase) is an advantage.
Working knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and database systems (SQL / NoSQL)
Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional environments, spanning business, analytics, data and Tech engineering teams
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with interdependencies and tight timelines
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate business requirements into structured execution plans
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy of delivery
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity on scope, ownership, and execution
Agile mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and delivery
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Ability to balance strategic priorities with immediate delivery needs
