Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams and end-to-end Finance transformation projects across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud.
• Advise Finance leaders and senior stakeholders on target operating models, finance-process harmonisation and digital roadmaps.
• Manage and develop project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
• Lead the design and implementation of core FICO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, planning and reporting.
• Shape innovative Finance use cases using SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Help clients use AI-enabled insights to improve forecasting, close processes, controls, finance operations and decision-making.
• Build long-term client relationships, support proposals and contribute to business-development activities.

Your Profile

• Fluent German and English, with the confidence to advise senior Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Several years of SAP FICO consulting experience, including leadership of workstreams or project teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and Finance transformation programmes.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end Finance processes and their integration with Logistics and other SAP modules.
• Experience managing client expectations, project budgets, delivery risks and teams.
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for SAP Business AI, SAP Joule and Generative AI.
