What You'll Do
As a CDL Class A Driver, you'll safely operate company vehicles and tractor-trailer combinations to transport materials between customer locations and our facilities while providing outstanding customer service. You'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A vehicle in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Pick up and deliver materials safely and efficiently
- Secure loads properly and ensure all cargo is transported safely
- Complete required paperwork and electronic logs accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong commitment to safety
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and other commercial vehicles
- Previous commercial driving or recycling experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements
Driver Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older with a CDL Class A license
Roll Off Experience A Plus
Have a current DOT physical
Provide a current MVR
Pass a DOT drug and alcohol test
No more than 1 chargeable accident in 5 years
No more than 2 moving violation convictions in 5 years
