Location: Courtland, Virginia
Facility: Courtland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Job Type: Travel Assignment
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Courtland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The therapist will provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting, helping patients improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life through individualized treatment plans.
Skilled nursing facility experience is preferred for this opportunity. Candidates must have an active Virginia OT license and BLS certification. The role offers a consistent 5 × 8-hour day-shift schedule, providing a structured workweek while allowing the therapist to focus on delivering effective rehabilitation services and supporting positive patient outcomes.
