Essential Job Functions:

•Contribute to the company's business advisory and development strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Manage a team of business development professionals, offering guidance and support to drive success.
•Establish and maintain client relationships, working to understand evolving client needs and identify growth opportunities.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to drive market expansion.
•Leverage market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations that expand business opportunities.
•Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing strategic input.
•Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
•Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, ensuring targets are met.


Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
•Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
•Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends
•A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements


Other Qualifications:
•Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
•Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.
