OUR TEAM:

In the Production Planning Department, we aim to ensure the right products are available at the right time by balancing customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

MISSION:

In the domain of production planning and inventory control,

• Lead production planning, inventory, and flow management activities to ensure committed customer orders are delivered at the targeted service level.
• Ensure alignment between production plans, inventory strategies, and S&OP objectives while balancing service, cost, and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory, shorten end-to-end lead times, and enhance planning effectiveness through the development of people, processes, and tools.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Production Planning, PPIC, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience as a Planning Manager (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP) or Supply Chain Manager within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating with Regional, Zone, or Central Planning Teams (e.g. MO/Asia) to align planning assumptions, demand and supply strategies, inventory targets, and business priorities.
• Proven people management experience with responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing planning teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, material planning, and S&OP processes.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning activities, including demand forecasting, master production scheduling, material planning, and inventory optimization.
• Strong understanding of production flow, warehouse operations, and customer fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to balance service level, inventory, capacity, and operational costs while driving business performance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools (SAP experience is a plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level).
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

 

Preferred:

• Experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
• Experience managing complex supply chains with multiple product families and high-volume operations.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain Management such as APICS CPIM, APICS CSCP, or equivalent.
• Experience leading S&OP governance and executive planning reviews.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Inventory Optimization, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
